Using the service

You may chase only people you have a real relationship with and who expect to hear from you. Do not use the service for marketing, spam, or unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that misuse it.

SMS terms

Program: Chase It Down For Me account and chase notifications. By entering your mobile number and tapping Send verification code, you agree to receive text messages about your account and chases. Recipients receive texts only about requests sent to them by an account holder. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel; reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP or email hello@chaseitdownforme.com for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically every month or year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Billing. Canceling turns off the next renewal. It does not refund or credit anything already paid, and we do not prorate. You keep the paid plan until the end of the current paid period. After that date, the organization drops to Basic.

Money

We never hold your recipients' money. Payment chases link to payment methods you already use.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
