What we collect

Account holders give us their name, email, and optionally an organization, address, and mobile number. The people you chase are added by you, with a name and an email address or mobile number. We store their responses to your chases.

How we use it

We use this information only to run the service: sending chases and reminders, verifying phone numbers, notifying you about responses, and answering support requests.

Text messages (SMS)

Account holders agree to receive texts when they enter a mobile number and request a verification code. People you chase receive texts about the specific requests sent to them. Messages include verification codes, chase requests, reminders, and support replies. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also email hello@chaseitdownforme.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the carriers and messaging providers needed to deliver the messages.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We use service providers such as hosting, email, and text delivery, and only to operate the service.
