What is a chase?

A chase is one ask. You name a form, a payment link, a signature, or an RSVP, pick one person or a group, and set how often to nudge. Nudges go only to people who are still incomplete.

Does the other person need an account?

No. The person you chase does not create an account. You do.

Do you hold their money?

No. We never hold their money. If the ask is a payment, you send a payment link you already use.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is not final. The range we are using for now is about $9 to $15 per chase, or about $29 to $49 a month.

Are email and text nudges live?

Not yet. Email and text nudges are coming. They are part of the product plan, and they do not send today.
